SALARY
£23,000 – £26,000 dependent on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our stairlift products
- Assist in raising the company profile within the sector and identify public relations opportunities to aid with this
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product positioning
- Assist in managing and monitoring social media platforms, including content creation, content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics tracking
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogues
- Assist in tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team
- Desired experience in Google paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to assist with campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in marketing is preferred
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe creative cloud and other relevant marketing software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on marketing trends
- Desirable experience in Google paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) would be a plus
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience and strong knowledge of the mobility industry is a desirable, but not a requirement
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to bring installations and servicing of lifts on time and in order
- Excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with industry and new product developments
- Strong technical capability is a desirable but not a requirement, of installation and servicing processes
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding for the needs of the client with a calm and polite approach
- Good commercial and business acumen
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to provide strong leadership and direction
- Excellent IT skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- A strong communicator with the ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to use own initiative when identifying the appropriate course of action in resolving a customer complaint, ensuring a logical thought process is applied and delivered
