JOB DESCRIPTION

As this is a senior role, reporting into the Operations Director, you will manage a
small team and will have full responsibility and autonomy for inventory control
through the manufacturing cycle, optimising production levels and increasing
profitability.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products via the successful completion of our onboarding training programme and utilise this knowledge to successfully sell to new and existing customers.
Manage and develop assigned territory to maximise and grow revenue and profits by selling solutions for independent living to existing customers and acquire new business.
Develop understanding of market influences and competitor brands to optimise the USP’s of our products and services.
Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet/exceed established sales targets.
Optimise a long term business development plan by working closely with sales management to maximise selling opportunities.
Enjoy regular contact with existing customer base to better understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet those needs.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- A proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, ability to develop sales
strategies and use performance KPI’s. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-lingual
- Organised with ability to structure and prioritise workload
- Professional, highly motivated and target driven
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to update database systems
